More Classical Hymns

I know about Homer and Callimachus but are there any other non-orphic/mystery cult hymns that we know about?

As far as general sets of multiple hymns, no. However, an array of individual hymns and prayers of reverence can be found in the works of various Classical writers.

Theoi.com's pages on individual deities are a good place to look for these kinds of excerpts.
