Lustral Water Uses

When using lustral water for purification at the beginning of a ritual, it is acceptable to use the same water for purifying the altar and offerings as you do for washing your hands and face? Obviously, one must be cleansed before coming before the Gods, which means they will have to use the lustral water to wash themselves before doing anything at the shrine or altar. So it is acceptable to use the same water for all activities? Or should one water the offerings and altar before they wash themselves with it?

Not necessarily. It is customary to bathe or wash at least the face and hands prior to performing ritual actions, but this is separate from the ritual sprinkling of consecrated water.
