Coming back after a long break

For those who have joined in the long while I have been gone, I am the creator and one of the admins of this site. For those regulars who still remember me, hello again.  I think I am going to be back on a regular basis again.

As of late, I have been feeling an unusual calm, a lack of negative emotion,  and over all inner peace. I was contemplating this today and it occurred to me that it is what is described in Stoicism.  Thinking about this I realized that through all my personal change I have not really lost any of the influence from the Helleno-Roman roots I deeply established with all of you. I still dont adhere to any one school of thought. Rather how I now feel and think and live is a combination of various philosophical schools found here. I have decided to return to my interest in our philosophies, to explore ideas that I find I can or do incorporate into my thinking. I have blended alot of things from different philosophies, and I hope that doesnt annoy any of the more philosophically litterate here. Sorry in advance haha.

Anyway, having reestablished my connection to the culture, I have decided to come back. I won't post much on the religion,  but will be lurking the philosophy section. Happy to be back.
