Can someone please post a hymn

...to Lady Athena. She is one of the main deities I worship and I would like to honor her by singing a hymn in my daily worship. If someone could please post a Hymn, I would be very grateful. Thanks!

There should be several already among the various threads in this forum, and of course, there are also the hymns from the Homeric cycle, and from the Orphic Teletæ. The Orphic Teletæ, however, are understandably aligned to the theology of the Orphic religion, which can be considerably different from 'Homeric type' forms of Classical religion. They can be admittedly disorienting for someone who isn't familiar with Orphism.

There is a *lot* of information available on this forum, and there have been numerous discussions of many different topics since we started up back in the spring. Honest questions are always welcome, but, with all due respect, it is good to make sure what you want has not already been answered.

from a mighty sire, Pallas, Tritogeneia, lance-brandisher, golden-helmeted, hearken;
Accept this hymn, mistress, with a kind spirit,
do not just leave my words at the mercy of the winds,
You, who opened the gates of wisdom trodden by the Gods,
and overcame the tribe of the earthly Giants which fought the Gods;
You, who guarded the unconquerable girdle of Your virginity

when He was once divided up by the hands of the Titans,

Eighth Monthly Hymn to Minerva [Ἀθηνή]
Minerva, Lady, Thou who protectest and guidest the form of matter undivided,
Thou art its own creator after Poseidon of wide majesty
Who draws from Thee the whole form;
Thou art the cause of all simultaneously-generated movements;
Thou repellest the unnecessary from everything
And therefore also from us,
And every time we make mistakes like fools, bring us back,
O Goddess, through intelligence, raising our heart to what is appropriate.

FROM THE HOMERIC HYMNS:

XI. To Pallas Athene
Of Pallas Athene, guardian of the city, I begin to sing.
Dread is she, and with Ares she loves deeds of war, the sack of cities and the shouting and the battle.
It is she who saves the people as they go out to war and come back.
Hail, goddess, and give us good fortune with happiness!

XXVIII. To Pallas Athene
I begin to sing of Pallas Athene, the glorious goddess, bright-eyed, inventive, unbending of heart, pure virgin, savior of cities, courageous, Tritogeneia. From his awful head wise Zeus himself bare her arrayed in warlike arms of flashing gold, and awe seized all the gods as they gazed. But Athene sprang quickly from the immortal head and stood before Zeus who holds the aegis, shaking a sharp spear: great Olympus began to reel horribly at the might of the bright-eyed goddess, and earth round about cried fearfully, and the sea was moved and tossed with dark waves, while foam burst forth suddenly: the bright Son of Hyperion stopped his swift-footed horses a long while, until the maiden Pallas Athene had stripped the heavenly armor from her immortal shoulders. And wise Zeus was glad.
And so hail to you, daughter of Zeus who holds the aegis! Now I will remember you and another song as well.
