Dedicating a Fountain?

My wife bought me an outside fountain last year, and at the time, I was just discovering my connection to Bellerophon, so I dedicated the fountain to Him. But the symbolism on the structure does not always reflect Him. Of course, myth says He was a Son of Poseidon, so the water would be relevant, but the main design is a sun in the center. I'm am not sure how this could be relevant to Bellerophon without being extremely general and loose. Any ideas?

Maybe dedicate it as his taming of Pegasus, or the slaying of the Chimaera. After all, a gift is a gift, or maybe perhaps dedicate it to all the gods.
