From geek god to Greek god...

I know some folks are critical of the Percy Jackson series....but Nathan Fillion will be playing Hermes in the sequel....
Being my favorite actor, I am excited....also, because he seems like an awesome cast for it.
Your thoughts?

I have seen the first movie, and I was not too fond of it. It disappointed me to see that they didn't cover enough of the story in the movie. I understand that the book is almost always better than the movie, but it was still disappointing with even that aspect taken into account.

Neither the book nor the movie really captured the idea behind Hellenism anyway...it says elswhere on here of Rick Riordans views on us and after an insult like that I refuse to talk any of his stuff up.
