Unfortunately, no, I can't.
The company that hosts the forum mandates that new users have posted a certain number of times before they are permitted to send PM's. I'm not actually certain what that number is, and I could be off, but I believe one of the other admins here checked and it was something like 18 or 20 posts. Definitely somewhere in the low two-digits.

Hi! I can send PMs already now; and if I remember correctly the option (the little icon under other users' names) appeared after c. 5-8 posts. Hope that helps.
