Is there an ancient Greek festival called Prometheia, and if so, what is it about? What takes place?

To my knowledge, there is a contemporary Prometheia festival held by several groups in Greece. As far as I'm aware, it has something to do with the bringing of fire to humanity by the Titan Prometheus.

However, I am uncertain if the festival has any actual Classical precedent, or if it is a recent observance.
