Those of us who have read Greek history and mythology, have heard of the famous Helen of Sparta aka Helen of Troy. For those of us who have read, we also know that Helen is someone who gets kidnapped quite often, once by Theseus then by Paris, and she is always kidnapped from public places where no one else was around, and the mission to save her always furthers the political and military ambitions of the Spartans and their allies. Does anyone besides me think that Helen might have been used by the Spartans as an exploit and had never really been kidnapped?
