For the Orphic followers do you abstain from offering meat? Do you avoid meat in your regular diet?

Typical offerings are incense, wine, and fresh laurel leaves. Sometimes cakes and cookies cut in the shape of animals and other types of food can be used, but that is usually for group worship on special festival days and such.

Nothing with blood is meant to touch the altar.
